Since our services are hosted in a dynamic cloud environment, Dimagi cannot guarantee that our hosted cloud services will remain at a stable and consistent IP address over time.
We are aware that some teams do use the IP Endpoints of our hosted services for IP Whitelisting. We don't offer this as a specific service, and can't guarantee that continuity, but we do make a reasonable good-faith effort to communicate clearly when our endpoints will change. Under no circumstances should our IP addresses be hard-coded or committed into a non-changeable mechanism.
Our policy is to announce host IP changes to a specific category of the CommCare Forum, as soon as we are aware of a change, and to update this page's record. We cannot commit to specific SLA's about notification timing, but make every effort to provide enough lead time to update commitments.
