You must choose a case type that the rule applies to, and it cannot be changed after saving the Conditional Alert. Only cases with this type will match the rule.

Note that the case will need to have the case property contact_phone_number saved with the correct phone number (country code plus number) in order for the messages to send correctly. For instance, if I was registering a case in India (country code +91) the contact_phone_number case property should be saved with a value like 919833553138.

If you do not specify any other criteria, the rule will evaluate to True for all open cases in your project which match this case type.
